Mr. Mirilashvili, who serves as the president of Water Gen, and a philanthropists who has been supporting and donating to many worthy causes, improving and saving the lives of many around the world, is the visionary man behind WaterGen mission to enable each and every human around the world to have fast and easy access to clean drinking water, anywhere, everywhere.

For more than 30 years, Michael Mirilashvili has been leading and directing numerous business ventures all over the world in various fields ranging from real estate, healthcare, information technology, management, entrepreneurship, to media, agro-tech, innovation social entrepreneurship, sports, hi-tech, infrastructure and green technologies.

Michael Mirilashvili devotes his time and resources to a broad spectrum of philanthropic activities, and has been chairing several renowned organizations around the world, including chairing the position of the Vice President of the World Jewish Congress.

Michael Mirilashvili is actively involved in the development of Water Gen strategy towards spreading its revolutionary technology all over the world, with the aim to improve the lives of billions around the world and provide those in need with clean, safe drinking water, thereby making his own contribution to to bring clean water to the world.


Maxim Pasik

Executive Chairman

Maxim Pasik is a globally experienced, results-driven leader and currently the Executive Chairman of Watergen, playing an instrumental role in leading the key projects in drinking water technology, with the focus of creating innovative solutions that meet the diverse needs of the society and enabling the delivery of a reliable supply of high quality potable water generating facilities to customers around the world.

Maxim began his career in 2000 as a tax advisor with Ernst and Young Israel, providing tax planning advisory services to the internationally positioned clients and their entities and became a Senior Director within the company.

In 2014 Maxim has been appointed as an Executive Chairman in Beer Itzhak Energy Ltd, being involved in the large-scale projects in energy, agro-tech, renewable energy, real estate and infrastructure.

Maxim Pasik, CPA certified, earned a Bachelor of Business Management degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Manchester University.

Having excellent interpersonal skills Maxim worked as a Lecturer of capital markets, accounting and financing at Hebrew University in Jerusalem and Kiryat Ono College and also had an experience in TV guest speaking and publishing about business and economics in different journals and newspapers.

Maxim Pasik acts as the Executive Chairman in several international companies, coordinating the activity of different business segments, contributing to a flexible and team-oriented working culture and demonstrating consistently growing results.


Arye Kohavi


Arye Kohavi is the founder and Co-CEO of Water-Gen LTD.

Kohavi holds an MBA and a BA in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and served in the IDF as a Combat Reconnaissance Company commander.

Before founding Water-Gen, Kohavi has been the Founder & Chairman of composica, a novel E-learning software developer. Kohavi also served as an Independent M&A Executive, Chairman and Director in top-end Israeli companies, and as Co-CEO at Meitav Corporate Finance, one of Israel leading investment houses.
